Shipping Method:
All orders are sent via Australia Post, and will be sent out within 2-4 business days. Please make sure to check your address upon checkout. We ship within Australia only.
Damaged Goods:
We take great care in the packaging of our orders, however if there is a breakage you must let us know within 48 hours of arrival of the order. Send through photos of the damaged item to designacandle.au@gmail.com. Claims must be made within 48 hours
Refunds:
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidently order the wrong fragrance.
Returns/ Exchanges
If the item you have ordered is genuinely not what you were after we can happily exchange it for something else, provided the following terms are met:
1. The item is returned within 7 days of its arrival and you have the original order receipt is present.
2. The item must be in its original condition, with all labels/ stickers attached. Item must be free from any defects and in acceptable appearance and finish.
To return your item, postage fees must be covered by the customer.
